Terms and conditions

In order to facilitate the buying process and in the interest of greater transparency, please find as follows the terms and conditions:

Your orders will be sent through Seur Servicio 24. That means that once your order leaves our premises, you should receive it in 24 working hours (for national orders.) Orders to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islandstake a little bit longer as your order has to be cleared by customs. Orders within Europe are dispatched with Seur Servicio Classic that ensures a transit time of between 4 and 6 working days and is quite economical. Please note that, with the exception of circumstances beyond our control, should we receive your order before 4 pm, the same will be dispatched the same day to reach you the next working day.

The minimum order that we can process is of 100 euros. The preferred mode of payment inSpain is COD (Cash on Delivery.) You only have to pay the invoice amount and the freight (should that be applicable) to the courier company (in cash) when they deliver your order. We pay the COD processing charges. If you would prefer to make your payment via bank transfer or bank deposit, please contact us and we will provide you with our account number. For orders outside Spain, we have to receive your bank transfer in order to ship out your order. We accept no responibility for items out of stock.

The freight charges that we have negotiated with Seur for you are quite nominal considering the quality of service they provide. Freight, for a medium sized package of up to 5 kilos, costs 10 euros for destinations in mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, and Portugal. If your order is extremely voluminous or heavy, we would inform you of the extra freight charges, if any. If you are ordering from outside the European Union, we can ship you order with the postal service or any courier you designate. Please contact us for further details regarding export orders.

We are pleased to inform you that if your order is within mainland Spain and over 300 euros, we pay the freight charges.

Once you have registered on our website you are now able to view prices and place your order at once.
