Do I have to register to check out the online catalog?
No registration is required to look at the catalog; but can not see the prices of the products till you do.

What username and password should I use to register?
The username should be your email address. The password should consist of a series of letters or numbers or a combination of both, which are easy for you to remember. In any case we will send you a reminder of your login information via email.

If you forget your password, click "Forgot Password" in the login page and we’ll send you a new one.


What is the minimum purchase?
The minimum amount to order is € 60 (€ 50 + tax).


What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

For Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal, you do not pay any shipping if the order is € 300 or more and € 3.90 if the order is less than this amount. The service is 24-48 hours.

For the Ceuta & Melilla, the shipping is € 10.00 via ordinary post + € 12.84 for customs dispatch.

For the Canary Islands, the shipping charges are € 10.00 via ordinary post.

For the majority of European destinations, we charge a flat shipping rate of € 18.00 and € 25.00 to € 60.00 for other international destinations.


* If you order is very voluminous or heavy, or the destination is isolated, the shipping charges may vary.

Do the prices include VAT?
Sale prices are wholesale, net, before taxes or shipping charges. In case you need the application of Recargo de Equivalencia tax, please tick the appropriate box during the registration process. For all sales outside of Spain, the buyer shall be exempt from paying VAT once we are provided with a valid EU VAT number (VIES); otherwise, a value-added tax of 21% will be applied.


How do I go about making a purchase on

Once you have registered on our website:
• Enter our website with your login information (email address and password.)
• Access the categories that are on the left to view the product catalog.
• You can add the products to your cart as you go and, if you want, then modify your cart before checkout. Click on any product for a more detailed description.
• Once you have selected all the products of interest and have added them to your cart, you can proceed to checkout.
• Finally you will come to a page with your order which will include your billing and shipping information to be verified. Carefully check this since Trendz not responsible for any errors in the information provided.
• Choose from our payment options and, if everything is correct, press "CONFIRM ORDER”.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Please save this number and follow the instructions. Within 24/48 hours, after checking the order, the same will be shipped to you.


Are all products offered in stock?
Most products are "in stock" but as orders come in continuously, this situation may vary frequently.
If for any reason the required quantity of any product is not partially or fully available, you will be notified as soon as possible and will be refunded the amount for goods that cannot be served; alternatively, if you prefer, we could also offer other options (another color, similar model, etc.).


Is there a minimum order quantity for product or package?
Almost all products can be purchased Trendz by unit, unless indicated that it is sold by box or package. In this case you will see the price of the package and not the unit.


What payment methods can I use to make my purchase?
During the checkout process you can choose from the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer or deposit
- Cash on Delivery . Valid only for Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands
- Credit or debit card


Do you have a returns policy?
You may return any incorrect or defective products that you may have received. You must send, within 2 days after receiving the order an email to our customer service department:, indicating in the subject your order number and explaining the reasons for the return. You will receive an email which will indicate the steps for proper return. You have 7 days to process any returns. For more information see our "Return Policy."


How often is the Trendz product catalog updated?
We are continually introducing new products, visit us frequently to keep abreast of the latest news and subscribe to our newsletter to be informed of new additions and offers.


Do you supply my personal information to third parties?
Trendz has a simple business model and has been a profitable business for more than a decade. We do not sell your information to make money.

What if I am not around when the carrier delivers the package?
Not to worry; if you are not at the delivery location when the carrier arrives, they will leave a note with the package and contact details of the agency. Simply call the carrier and coordinate a delivery date and time.



Can you send me a printed catalog?
Unfortunately we cannot. Due to the continuous rotation of models and stock of our items we cannot have printed catalogs; our website is updated almost daily; we are introducing new items as and when they are received.


Can you reserve an order for me for later shipment?
Due to the continuous rotation of stock, we prefer that the orders placed by our customers are shipped as soon as possible. Any order not shipped within 7 days is automatically cancelled.


How do I know when you ship my order?
The minute your order is picked up by the courier company, we send you an email with the tracking number and the COD amount should the same apply.


Do you have a physical store where I can come and buy?
Yes. We would be happy to serve you at our warehouse in Poligono Industrial Guadalhorce,Malaga.


How can I finance a purchase with Trendz?
