Delivery Information


Shipping in the Iberian Peninsula (Spain & Portugal) & the Balearic Islands


Free shipping on all orders of € 300 or more. Once you place an order and the total amount reaches € 300 the shipment charges automatically become zero and shipping is free. For orders less than € 300 the shipping charge is € 3.90 with 48 hour service.



Shipping charges for international orders and Ceuta, Melilla & the Canary Islands


For all international orders as well as those going to Ceuta,Melilla or theCanary Islands, we will send you a pro forma invoice once we prepare your order in which we will specify the shipping charges as well as the Customs Dispatch (DUA) costs if any. We tend to use Seur’s ground service for shipments within Europe and the Spanish Post Office (Correos) for shipments to Ceuta,Melillaand theCanary Islands.

 New: You no longer have to pay export dispatch charges for orders to the Canary Islands if your order is under € 2,500.


Delivery Time


If we receive your order before 3 pm we will try to prepare and ship the same day, subject to availability of stock, so you can receive it the next day or the day after at the latest. (Please be aware that weekends and public holidays don’t count.) Once your order is shipped, you should receive it within 1 or 2 working days if you are in the Iberian Peninsula or theBalearic Islands.


The usual delivery time for orders in the rest of Europe,Ceuta,Melillaand theCanary Islandsis between 5 to 7 working days.



Delivery Methods


Trendz uses the services of private courier companies and, in some cases, the Spanish Postal service (Correos). We choose, in each case, the best possible option keeping in mind cost and quality of service. We work with companies that offer the best possible service to our clients to ensure their continued patronage.


If you would prefer to send us your courier service to pick up an order, please let us know at the time of making your order so we may prepare it as soon as possible and advise you to arrange for the pick-up.





Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the same.

Please ensure that there is someone to receive your order and physically sign for the delivery. We do track your orders at our end and try to resolve any delivery issues but please note that Trendz is not responsible for shipments that are considered undeliverable.



Disclaimer for international orders and orders to Ceuta, Melilla & the Canary Islands



Note that the Canary Islands,CeutaandMelillaare not part of the customs territory of the EU, so that shipments may be subject to taxes and / or tariffs. In most cases, the fees charged at the time of delivery of the package, although you may receive a notification by mail asking you personally to pay the fee in order to receive your package.

Delays and costs of the Customs administrations that may occur in some countries are outside Stylemantra, S. L.´s responsibility. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for completing the documentation that the government requires her country and deal with the required fees, if any.

Please be aware that international shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Contact your country's customs office for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed on and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Also, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.


Trendz reserves the right to make changes depending on the destination and final volume of the shipment.
